Defending premiers Hills Bulls were left stunned by Penrith Brothers in a fiery contest at Crestwood Reserve, with fullback Kieran Hayman sent off in a fiery contest that saw Brothers claim just their second win of the season.
Brothers were led by a two-try effort to centre Steven Taupau-Sako, and they'll need plenty more of the same over the next few weeks to preserve any hope of a finals appearance, already six points behind the top four sides.
Meanwhile leaders St Marys continued their unbeaten start to the season, with winger Jake Tago scoring a fistful of tries in a dominant display against the Silktails in Fiji.
In the round's other action, Glebe put the disappointment of last week's defeat behind them, bouncing back to secure a convincing win over Mounties, while the Bulldogs weren't able to capitalise on a strong start to their game against Wentworthville, with the Magpies prevailing 38-22.

St Marys are also dominating the Sydney Shield, clear atop the ladder thanks to another dominant display against Cabramatta, led by a four-try effort to centre Michael Tuavao. The league's leading try-scorer Emosi Alamoti continued his fine form in a losing side, scoring another double.
Mounties secured a huge win over Glebe, with doubles to Matthew Craparotta and Solomon Akama, while Hills also put on a dominant display against Brothers that helps them leapfrog the Penrith side on the ladder.
