The Fairfield Culinary Carnival returns to the streets again in 2023 with plenty on offer for foodies and families alike, taking place on Saturday, May 27 from 11am.

Renowned chef, restaurateur, author and television personality Miguel Maestre will be showcasing his love and passion for food on the main stage and also doing a meet and greet during what promises to be a vibrant celebration of food and culture.

There will also be roving entertainment, a flamenco dance display, live music performances as well as an array of rides and even junior cooking workshops for the kids.

With nearly 20 food stalls already confirmed, there's sure to be something for all tastes - from smash burgers to burek, fairy floss to schwarma and even empenadas.

Entry to the carnival and all rides are free. Find more information here.
