Join Aboriginal Discovery Rangers at the Dharawal National Park on the fringe of south-western Sydney this weekend to enjoy a unique tour of the O'Hare's lookout trail from an Indigenous perspective.
Hear the Rangers' stories, learn about the history of the local bushland and re-establish your connection to this country and its people on a comfortable 2.8km return trek, rated as an easy Grade 1.
With most of the tour taking place on a flat, sealed pebble road, the walk is open to people of all ages, and guests using wheelchairs, mobility scooters and prams will also be able to enjoy the experience in natural surrounds before taking in the remarkable views at O'Hare's lookout.
If you miss out this weekend, don't despair - organisers have confirmed that the walks will be a regular occurrence, taking place on the second Saturday of every month until July.
