Narragingy Reserve will be transported back in time this May as the Blacktown City Medieval Fayre returns for 2023.

Learn about the rich history of medieval culture and knighthood, witness falconry demonstrations at the Birds of Prey show, explore medieval displays, examine combat artillery and learn about handmade arts and craft and more at the working Blacksmith Hut. There will also be free pony and camel rides for attendees.

The event will be headlined by a jousting competition which will feature riders from all over the country contesting the title.

While costume is optional, all spectators are encouraged to come dressed in medieval attire.

Following the day's festivities and competitions, the day will also be capped off with a Medieval banquet, to be held in the Colebee, with medieval-themed food and drink as well as various performances throughout the evening.
