Youth take centre stage for Fairfield's 'Bring It On!' Festival

<b>Fairfield City's annual Youth Week celebration - the 'Bring It On! Festival' - celebrates its 20th year in 2023, taking place at Fairfield Showground on Sunday, April 23.</b>

The award-winning youth music and arts festival is one of the biggest in the country, and organisers are currently seeking expressions of interest from talented young people from the area who want to showcase their talents to the community - but be quick, because submissions close on Monday, February 27.

Council will also be holding free six-week workshops to help young people aged 12-24 build and develop creative media skills, including photography, videography, sound production and podcasting. Workshops will begin in early March, and are run by industry professionals, and participants will have the opportunity to employ their newly-learned skills during the festival.
